My husband and I needed to move our Escalade from Los Angeles to Newark, NJ this past week. I did a lot of research on the internet and found that many companies we wanting deposits before they even did the work. I found that to be a bit fishy, so I continued to research. I came across N-Motion Auto Transport and I am sure glad I did. They never wanted a deposit and didn t think it was right of these other companies asking for one. N-Motion Auto Transport picked our vehicle up on time and actually delivered it a day earlier than they anticipated. We are very pleased with their car shipping service and would highly recommend them to anyone needing a reliable, honest auto shipping company to move their vehicles. I was weary at first to try a new auto transport company but im glad i did. Joshua was the main man who helped me through this mess of a transport from hell. I went through almost 20 different auto transport companies before using N-Motion. Dependable Auto Shippers was the first company to screw me over royally. They do not CARE about you at all. My truck was a lifted custom Ford F250 with a very wide wheel base. It took a Kaufman or Wedge style trailer to pick it up. Probably half of those companies i called had no idea what those trailers were. How can you run a business for so long and not know what your doing.. Josh called me everyday on updates on finding a trailer for my truck, did everything in his power to get my truck shipped, and knew what he was doing. Want good service, call these people! Sometimes the little guys deserve more credit than big companies like DAS. THEY still owe my deposit back and its been 5 weeks already. I might be taking legal action against them. I usually don’t write reviews about companies, but being in the automotive business for as long as i am, owning a auto body collision shop and building custom muscle cars i like to be treated with respect. N-Motion did. All the others, good luck…

They took care of everything with no problems. I found N-Motion Auto Transport on the internet, and hired them to pick up a car for me and drop it off at my house. They were helpful, and took care of everything for me pretty well. This was my first time using them, and I would totally use them again. They were very professional and timely, and got the job done for me without any problems.

With the exception of the some delays in getting the car to our destination, I was very pleased with the service. The owner himself came to pick up the car in Georgia and delivered it to LA on the last day promised. The car was in good shape, a little dirty but no damage whatsoever. Thank you.

Having never had a vehicle transported before, I was ignorant of the auto transport business and the process you went through to move items through out the country. You were completely upfront and honest with me throughout the process; especially when I had concerns about the process. Your bid was the most reasonable of all the bids I had come in and there was never an issue with any part of the delivery. Your driver picked up and delivered the vehicle on time and with great care and respect for my vehicle. My truck was a larger than normal pick-up truck and was not the easiest item to have shipped. However, you and your company handled it expertly. I appreciate what you did for me and although he knows nothing of the process or your company, my son is quite happy to have his project truck home and ready to be rebuilt. Thank You!
